Constantine Dreampack
Some Anachronism players complain that the existing warriors aren't very good. In connection with the Christian Inspiration Challenge of July, 2006 on TriKing's Fan-Created Cards forum, I created the warrior and inspiration cards for this (currently incomplete) pack. I may come back and fill out the rest of the pack in the future.
"Sacrum Romanum Imperium" is, of course, Latin for "Holy Roman Empire." The scope of Constantine's rule, translated into game terms, would make him a beast in Culture Shock. The cross of Christ plays a huge role in Constantine lore, so note the cruciform attack grid.
+4 is an awfully large bonus, but I thought that limiting the ability to once per game and giving the card a relatively low initiative of 4 brought some balance to the card. The number four is, of course, symbolic, drawn from the four "legs" or "points" of the cross.
