IBSWM: One down, three to go
A couple of days ago, I posted on Chris Brady’s proposal that we treat January as International Biblical Studies Writing Month. At that time, I declared my intention to complete four writing projects (already in progress) during January 2008.
I’m pleased to report that I’ve completed the final, polished version of my book proposal for Genesis through the Centuries. A few minutes ago, I sent it off to the series editors for their final review. If they feel good about the proposal—and I have every reason to believe they will, as they expressed enthusiasm for an earlier draft—then I will soon begin researching and writing that two-volume commentary series in earnest. Rest assured that that process will take considerably longer than one month.
