Step 1: Define and seed the spaceline. Choose the mission icon types from the pop-up or drop-down (depending on your operating system) menus below. Then click the "Seed Spaceline" button. You will be taken to another screen from which you can simulate mission attempts seeded with randomly selected (but not randomly constructed!) dilemma combos.
