Q Gets the Point: Opponent may target a personnel on a dual-personnel card if that personnel independently has Treachery (rule 1). If this happens, the entire card (both personnel) is stopped (rule 4).
Q-Flash: Each personnel on a dual-personnel card counts as one personnel toward X (rule 1).
Q-Type Android: Change species: Opponent may choose a dual-personnel card featuring both an android and a non-android. If so, the android becomes human and the non-android becomes an android.
Qs Fantasy Women: Opponent may target a male on a dual-personnel card (rule 1). If so, the bonus points are scored only if that personnel independently helps solve a mission.
Qs Vicious Animal Things: Include dual-personnel cards in the random selection. If a dual-personnel card is selected, the group limit is automatically increased to two (rule 2); discard the entire card (both personnel).
Quandary: Player may restore a personnel on a dual-personnel card (rule 1). If so, the entire card (both personnel) is restored.
Qapla!: Each Klingon on a dual-personnel card involved in battle adds INTEGRITY to STRENGTH if that Klingon individually has Honor (rule 1). In practical terms, it does not make any mathematical difference whether the calculation is made as (STRENGTH + STRENGTH) + (INTEGRITY + INTEGRITY) or as (STRENGTH + INTEGRITY) + (STRENGTH + INTEGRITY), since the personnel on a dual-personnel card fight together in personnel battle (rule 5). There are currently no dual-personnel cards featuring one Klingon and one non-Klingon.
Quarks Bar: There are currently no dual-personnel cards featuring bartenders, waiters, dabo girls, any Quark, or any Rom.
Quarks Isolinear Rods: If either personnel on a dual-personnel card is a non-OFFICER with Computer Skill x2, that personnel may be downloaded by Quarks Isolinear Rods (rule 1). The entire card (both personnel) is downloaded (rule 4). Two personnel on a dual-personnel card may not combine their independent Computer Skill (x1) to be downloaded by Quarks Isolinear Rods.
