Vacuum-Dessicated Remains: Interrupt may target a Ferengi on a dual-personnel card (rule 1). If so, examine the targeted personnel independently: if that personnel is a V.I.P., draw and/or download three cards; otherwise, draw and/or download two (rule 1). The entire card (both personnel) is placed out-of-play (rule 4). The second personnel does not affect the number of draws/downloads (rule 4 is in applicable because nothing is happening to the personnel, but rather to player).
Vantikas Neural Pathways: Include dual-personnel cards in the random selection if either of the personnel on the card is not a changeling (rule 1). Opponent selects one card. If a dual-personnel card is selected, the group limit is automatically increased from one to two (rule 2). Both personnel on the card individually lose their classification, skills, and INTEGRITY; each individually gains Treachery x2.
Varon-T Disruptor: Each of the personnel on a dual-personnel card has their STRENGTH doubled individually (rule 1).
Vedek Winn: Vedek Winn may stop a personnel on a dual-personnel card present (rule 1). If so, the entire card (both personnel) is stopped (rule 4).
Vendetta: Opponent may choose one personnel on a dual-personnel card (rule 1). If opponent does so, the group limit is automatically increased from one to two (rule 2). If either personnel on the dual-personnel card dies, opponent scores points. (Functionally this makes no difference, since neither personnel on a dual-personnel card can die without taking the other with them.)
Ves Alkar: Each female empath on a dual-personnel card at same location individually suffers the Empathy loss (rule 1).
Vidiian Harvester: There are currently no dual-personnel cards featuring Vidiians.
Villagers with Torches: Each of the personnel on a dual-personnel card counts independently toward the total number of personnel attempting the mission (rule 1).
Volcanic Eruption: Include dual-personnel cards in the random selection. If a dual-personnel card is selected, the group limit is automatically increased from one to two (rule 2); disard the entire card (both personnel).
Vulcan Death Grip: Interrupt may allow your Vulcan to save a personnel on a dual-personnel card (rule 1). If so, the entire card (both personnel) is saved (rule 4).
Vulcan Mindmeld: Interrupt may allow your Mindmeld personnel to meld with a personnel on a dual-personnel card (rule 1). The Mindmeld personnel adds only the skills of the target personnel, not those of the other personnel on the card; rule 4 is inapplicable, because nothing is happening to the dual-personnel card (it is rather the Mindmeld personnel who is affected).
Vulcan Nerve Pinch: Each Vulcan or Soong-type android on a dual-personnel card may individually place one personnel in stasis (rule 1). Include dual-personnel cards in the random selection; if a dual-personnel card is selected, the entire card (both personnel) is placed in stasis (rule 4).
Vulcan Stone of Gol: Examine each personnel on a dual-personnel card separately (rule 1). If either personnel on a dual-personnel card is killed by Vulcan Stone of Gol, the other is also discarded (rule 4).
VR Headset: There currently are no dual-personnel cards featuring Vorta, JemHadar, or Cardassians.
